I have no idea why it would take 45 mins for a company to NOT answer a phone, but this just happened to me today. I had to hang up.

Is this American Home Shield's normal response time. How many employees do they actually have. Why is it they were so readily available when I was ready to sign up, but they are not available when I need assistance? Hmmm.

Are they going out of business? What's really going on here? I've tried multiple phone numbers, but they all lead to the same conclusion, no answer and no help from their staff.

On the flipside of the coin, and to be fair, I have setup and received service via online requests and cannot report any problems there. Instead, it's only when attempting to speak with someone that I have an issue.

Same problem! I have been calling sporadically for weeks with no luck getting a representative on the line.

This was now a problem for me back in June and July, but has been a constant issue since November. I need a report on a service repair, and since reports are not available online I am forced to speak to a representative. As I type this, I have been on hold listening to there jazz music for an hour and 8 minutes.

Did they fire all of the staff or something?
