They'll break your stuff and charge you to fix it

I had a technician through AHS come out for a seasonal "A/C Tune-up" of a previously-functioning A/C. The technician "forgot" to replace the caps (intentional?), and 7lbs of refrigerant leaked out. By the next day, the unit wasn't cooling at all. Aside from the environmental damage to my property from that much freon pouring out, AHS tries to charge me $140/lb ($980 total) to replace the lost refrigerant... from the issue they caused in the first place. Most unethical company I've had the displeasure of working with.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!XXXXXXX10

Can not speak to anyone in the US and the Philippines will not assist you at all. My AC has been broke since May 9, and it is June 8th. My house is 104 degrees. And it has been a month so far, and I have already been charged $75.00 for the call and two monthly premiums and yet no AC . No one will call back or help. RUN RUN RUN AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

Cannot get service

Called on Monday 23, service Myers cannot come til Friday, I work next available is midweek next week. I work. Ahs only has one service contractor in my area and I cannot get transferred to a manager. This is unacceptable service. Ac guy showed up June 4,said hv to order fan, dont know when they will get part or when they will be back to fix it. STILL NO AC FIX

Pay for no svc.

Paid for the a/c check $75.00 and they showed but nothing was done. They also filed a form which closed the acct saying they completed the job. No refund or anything from American Home Shield. Nothing

Moved homes and received an additional fee of $70 for "Admin"

Have been a customer for years and we moved to a different home. They charged us an admin cancellation fee of $70 and had to start a new account for the new home? Tried to reach them for weeks, with no reply.
