My has been out for 1 week. Went out on Saturday evening, I called Sunday and could not get a tech here intel Tuesday.

He messed around with it, said it was fixed and left. A/c went out 45 minutes later. Came back Thursday (same tech) said it needed a part that needed to be ordered. In the meantime, I scheduled an appointment with another contractor who came on Friday.

Said a couple of wires were backwards and he fixed it. It comes on about every 2 hours for about 5 minutes.

This after numerous calls to ahs customer service and getting put on hold then disconnected etc. Online chat rep yesterday said my order would be expedited and someone would be here this weekend. Chat rep today said no, not till Tuesday.

Finally able to have a supervisor call me.

They won't budge. I know they can expedite a weekend service call, but just won't.

When/if this gets fixed, I'm cancelling my contract

Preferred solution: Expedite service order for am a/c rep to be here today or tomorrow..
