per our contract they are to replace our dryer. they sent an email to contact the purchasing dpt........have spent now over 20 hours on hold.

What a waste of time and money. This is not insurance......they contact with the WORST contractors who are willing to work for a very low fee. Nothing is ever repaired. This is the final straw and we are contacting the BBB and our State Rep.

This company should be closed down. So pissed right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone should call the BBB.

Put this scam on the national news. Great 60 minutes story......I have screen shots of the time on hold.
