I stayed on the phone 1 hour and 50 minutes today 7/6/2017, to request service as my property address was not put into the system appropriately, the wrong phone number had been entered (although I have tried to correct with them), and due to contract automatic renewals, a new contract number is generated, and I did not have it. Therefore, it was necessary that I call in order to initiate a work request.
ONE HOUR AND FIFTY MINUTES!!! I have two residents and have contracts for each. For my primary residence, they cannot find a PLUMBER!!!
I have had to pay out of pocket for a plumber for the past three years. Watch out!
