I stayed on the phone 1 hour and 50 minutes today 7/6/2017, to request service as my property address was not put into the system appropriately, the wrong phone number had been entered (although I have tried to correct with them), and due to contract automatic renewals, a new contract number is generated, and I did not have it. Therefore, it was necessary that I call in order to initiate a work request.

ONE HOUR AND FIFTY MINUTES!!! I have two residents and have contracts for each. For my primary residence, they cannot find a PLUMBER!!!

I have had to pay out of pocket for a plumber for the past three years. Watch out!

I feel your frustration. I had a refrigerator that was unrepairable.

The tech said someone would be contacting me from AHS about the replacement. A week later they closed the issue.

No contact whatsoever from AMS. I was hold for 1 hour 35 minutes waiting to speak to someone and then disconnected.
