We started July 8th and by the middle of August, after three different vendors, missed appointments and unreturned calls, we gave up and bought an air conditioner ourselves. We were heartbroken with our terrible service. Never will we use AHS again on our property or any of our rentals.

I put in a work order for an AC problem. Days later no one has contacted me. Tried calling them and it always says the call wait time is over one hour. No way to email them. Put in another request but it will not go through because I have an active work order that no one us working on!!!!

Our A/c stopped working and AHS sent a thug to the house, who walked in and without even looking at the A/C snarled and said the problem was was too many windows in the living room. He was such a hostile creepy guy that I told him to leave immediately. Never use this company!
