American Home Shield - They don't answer the phone
Over a 4 day period I called American Home Shield customer service at (877) 489-**** to get a status on a repair for which a contractor never contacted me to schedule an appontment. Over these 4 days I was on hold with the automated system for a combined total on 143 minutes and NOBODY answered the phone.
I hung up in frustration after each long wait.
There is no place to status these repairs online and since AHS doesn't answer the phone I am without air conditioning during a heat wave! This is my first experience with American Home Shield and I'm not inclined to reccommend them to anyone esle based on the lack of customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: reimbursement of contractor fees.
