Air conditioning went out at the end of the summer of 2014. Company sent a handyman to repair the unit. He found a blown fuse but did not bother to see what the underlying issue was that caused the fuse to blow. A couple of days later the fuse blew again. I haven't had air conditioning since the end of May this company has had my premiums for 16 years and still will not replaced in a timely manner my air conditioning unit of 30 years which is failed they have no integrity take no responsibility and had is going around in circles my husband has a triple bypass and Parkinson's and I have my own health issues this is been a nightmare I wouldn't... Contacted AHSfor a water heater Leak, customer service placed an order for plumber service (superior restoration), plumber showed up next day, by the time water got into all walls and damages all surinding areas. I had my pool heater fixed last May and it stopped working again. In Sept last year my dryer stopped drying. Now today it stopped again. Are they using used parts in order to get us to pay the service request fees again. It's completely stage that the two items fixed are not working again from 2014 and now Add comment
